Deposit
A $50 deposit via Zelle to (443) 939-7435 secures your appointment. It will be applied toward your service total.
Late arrivals
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment so the schedule stays on time. If you’ll be more than 5 minutes late, please let May know. Otherwise, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a late cancellation fee may apply.
24-hour cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 100% of the deposit or 50% of the scheduled services.
No call/No show
No-calls/no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled services, due before your next booking.
Waxing ID
For waxing services, especially Brazilian waxing, a photo ID is required at check-in on your first appointment.

What are your hours?
We’re open every day, Monday through Sunday, 9AM–8PM.
Will I be seen by May herself?
Yes. May chose to work with each client personally instead of expanding into a bigger salon. Every appointment is one-on-one with May.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $50 deposit via Zelle to (443) 939-7435 secures your appointment and is applied toward your service total.
How should I prepare for my lash appointment?
To save your time, we recommend you to arrive with clean lashes or have no makeup on.
How long does an appointment take?
Lash extensions: about 45 minutes to 2½ hours, depending on the type of lashes. Lash Lift: about 60–75 minutes (75–90 minutes with tint). Brow tint & lamination: about 1–1½ hours. Brow permanent makeup: about 2–3 hours. Waxing: about 15–60 minutes, depending on the area. Facials: about 1–2 hours, depending on your skin type and the facial package you choose. Nano Cold: about 20 minutes to 3 hours.
How often should I refill my lashes?
Every 2–3 weeks. Over 4 weeks, or fewer than 20 lashes per eye, is priced as a full set.
Can I get lash extensions if I have sensitive eyes or allergies?
Please share any allergies (including to lash adhesive), eye conditions, recent eye surgery, pregnancy or medications on your consent form. May may decline a service that isn’t suitable for your condition.
Do laminated brows need care?
Yes. Brush them into place daily and keep them dry for 24 hours.
How long does waxing last?
Skin stays smooth for three to six weeks.
